Tax Freedom Day: You’re Working for YOU, Starting Today
Starting today, the money you make is yours.
Okay. Whose was it before?
Well, according to some number crunchers, all the money you’ve been earning for nearly four months has been going to the government. It’s the amount, on average, that Americans are paying in taxes.
So, today, celebrate. It’s Tax Freedom Day, and what you make for the rest of the year is yours.
Spend it wisely.

Glad to know it Tax Freedom Day. The government (I feel) gets enough as it is. Knowing we have a “release” date of sorts just makes it all better! A little.
